Tara, and more recently Madison, have been my Property Managers since 2018. I am so thankful that I found Tara. I had been having difficulties with my property manager, and when I handed my properties over to Tara I found her highly competent and exceptionally responsive. As I live overseas I needed her to do everything for me and she was so reliable. Over the time she has been my property manager, we have had difficult tenants, clashes with strata managers, claims to be made and renovations. She has handled everything for me and every situation with extreme professionalism. I highly recommend Tara and the team as Property Managers.

Tara is one of the best rental managers we have experienced in Perth market. Tara is organized, responsive, responsible and knowledgeable of the local market and tenants. She even helps us to gain extra bonus and allowance from government due to her deep insight of local real estate policies and rules. I can’t thank her more for taking care of our place in such a professional and caring way. Definitely recommend her to any local or interstate investors like us. Thank you again Tara!

Tara Hunter is an incredible property manager. She is very personable, highly responsive and is true to her word. Having been involved with many real estate agents over the years, Tara and GHunter & Associates are leagues above the rest. I recommend them highly!
