My partner and I submitted an offer on a property through this agency and did not receive any response or follow-up. Regardless of the offer outcome, it is standard professional practice to notify potential buyers, as this reflects basic communication and respect for clients. After hearing nothing for a month, I took the initiative to follow up. My call was intentionally declined and I was told to text instead. When I tried again, there was no apology or explanation for the lack of response only a message asking if I wanted to increase my offer because there was now a higher buyer. I was genuinely taken aback by the attitude and the way this was handled. The communication was poor, reactive, and lacked basic professionalism. Overall, the lack of communication and attention to detail was extremely disappointing. We would not recommend this agency based on our experience.
