I’ve had my property managed by Freedom Care for almost two years but their service has significantly declined in recent months. Since the change in management, communication has been extremely poor and emails have gone unanswered for over two weeks at times. There have been ongoing issues with my tenant that were not handled properly, and the lack of a thorough end of lease inspection has ultimately cost me money in repairs and renovations. Overall the level of service over the past three months has been unacceptable. I would not recommend them based on my recent experience and I have since moved to another agency

Hassle-Free Off-Market Sale! Awesome Team! I initially contacted Josh and Jake for an appraisal of our home for sale and rental. We were debating between renting it or selling it. Jake gave us the appraisals and I agreed that he could bring interested buyers through but as we were in the middle of packing and moving to our new place it wasn’t really ready for an open house or a full ‘selling campaign’. We went ahead and put the property up for rent but within days we had an offer to buy from one of Josh’s clients. A bit of negotiation later and we were Sold! We knew the price we needed to achieve, and got it. Even better, we sold to local Redlands buyers. I guess the message to buyers is to make contact with the Team to let them know what you’re after as properties aren’t always advertised openly for sale. The support team including Joel and Chloe were very responsive to queries and awesome to deal with. Highly recommend the Team if you are thinking of selling.

Professional and knowledgeable. Dealing with Josh, Jake and the Mr Sell Team has been a great experience. Once the team knew what type of house we were after for our young family and our budget, they were great at staying in touch and bringing us some beautiful homes to consider. We're so happy to have found our new home and thank the Mr Sell Team for helping us achieve this dream!
