Denise and Diego both disappointed me, they did not manage or care for my property. They look after the tenant over the landlord, they both allowed the tenant to keep my keys longer than the expected date and tried to hide this from me. Denise was extremely unpleasant to speak to and didn’t see any issue in letting the tenant keep the keys longer than the move out date. When a tenant moves out they hand the keys back that day… you do not give them the access to my property because they need to access to keep cleaning! The property should have been cleaned then and there no excuses. Denise thought that if your plants die that have reticulation that’s on you and not at all the tenants fault. In the final statement Denise decided to reimburse me $200 for plants that cost about $300 and stated on the final statement the following, $200 contribution to appease the owner (extremely unprofessional) if you wanted to appease the owner maybe you should take better care of the landlord and not take my feedback personal. At the end of the day I’m sure if this property was owned by you this would have been a complete different outcome. Be careful and make sure you check invoices on incorrect charges, found and sorted charged me for a 3 month check of the property when in the contract it was stated to be checked every 6 months. My parents recommended Found and Sorted and were embarrassed they had done so after the way it ended. It’s such a shame as I would have used found and sorted again but after the way this turned out that won’t be happening. My partner and I have 3 houses in Perth and we will be using a different property manager in future.
