Amber and Abby were fantastic to deal with during our tenancy. Our previous agent retired and merged with Fletchers and the process was smooth and seamless. During our tenancy, both Amber and Abby were awesome, easy going and extremely helpful. Whether it was fixing appliances, house inspections and processes payments / bonds, one of the best agencies we’ve used and would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent.

Rob was very responsive and attentive to me - made me feel like a valued client . Great communication. Rob was very attentive and fast to turn around any questions or issues. He made me feel like a very valued client. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Rob and the Fletchers team in general.

Rob was pleasant enough but did tend to get a bit pushy and a little abrupt towards the end of the selling process when we were rushed to finalise the contract without a cooling off period. However, out of all the agents we dealt with in the Illawarra, he was the most genuine and least seedy.
