Michael Buckley at First National Frenches Forest was a pleasure to work with when purchasing my apartment through a private sale. Michael went above and beyond to follow up and ensure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend. His team, Aaron Ward and Christine Radovan, were just as great. I rented through First National Frenches Forest for over 1.5 years and Aaron was a great Property Manager. He was always responsive to any queries or maintenance requests and ensured issues were addressed promptly. I’d be happy to deal with them again. Thank you for all your assistance over the years.

I was having trouble leasing out my property in Frenchs Forest and thought I was asking a reasonable weekly rent so I could have it rented in a timely manner and the agency I was using kept telling me to drop the price by significant amounts without offering any other solutions. So that’s when I reached out to Michael from First National and he reviewed the marketing the pricing and some presentation issues then contacted his database and had professional photography and showed the property every day and 4 days later I had a tenant at full price which means I can now relax and enjoy my Christmas. If you are thinking of leasing your property give them a call, they work hard for their landlords. Thank you Michael and the team.

I would not recommend this agency based on our recent experience as tenants. Over the past few months, we’ve dealt with poor communication, delays, and a lack of accountability from the property manager, Aaron. Most concerning was going four weeks without a functioning cooktop — a basic necessity — despite multiple follow-ups. When I raised these issues, they were either dismissed or met with vague responses and no clear resolution. While the Director, Michael Buckley, highlighted that Aaron has 27 years of experience, that experience seems to show in his inability to respond to emails or calls in a timely and professional manner. It’s especially disappointing given that the previous property manager, Belinda, was excellent — always prompt, courteous, and clear in her communication. Sadly, she moved on earlier this year, and the difference in service since has been stark. I’m still waiting on a return call regarding unresolved issues. When I submitted a formal complaint to Michael Buckley, his response was dismissive and made it clear he did not wish to be involved — offering no real resolution or accountability. As a homeowner myself, I would be appalled if my property was managed in this way. If you’re considering this agency for property management or renting, I’d urge you to think twice.
