⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve known Wesley Jardine for close to 20 years, and I can honestly say he is one of the most genuine and hardworking real estate agents you’ll ever come across. When everyone else turned their back on me years ago in a very difficult situation, Wes stood by me, believed in me, and got the job done. From then on, he has always been my go-to, because I know I can trust him to deliver with honesty, integrity, and absolute professionalism. Most recently, my partner Scott had to make the heartbreaking decision to sell his forever home in Bowral. He had put his heart and soul into building it, and selling it wasn’t easy. Wes went above and beyond – even though Bowral was well outside his usual area, he drove nearly an hour each way for open homes and private showings, treated the sale with the care and respect it deserved, and achieved a fantastic result in a very tough market. He handled it with so much compassion, understanding how personal this sale was, while still being professional every step of the way. On top of that, Wes and his team didn’t just stop once the house was sold. They made the transition seamless by finding a rental for Scott straight away and even organised things like getting the electricity and gas connected so he could move in without stress. They don’t cut corners, they don’t take people for granted – they genuinely care about their clients. Yes, like any agency, there might be the odd negative review, particularly around rentals, but I can honestly say from decades of experience with Wes that if you communicate openly about your needs, he and his team will go above and beyond for you. They are not just agents, they are people of integrity who balance loyalty, professionalism, and compassion like no one else I’ve dealt with in real estate. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Wes and his team at First National Pinnacle. They’ve stood by me, my family, and my friends for years, and every time they’ve delivered more than I could have hoped for.

The worst real estate I have ever rented through. Cruel, inhumane tactics and treatment from property managers Jodie and Fiona. In my 18 months renting though FN pinnacle I bought my first investment property and now as a landlord I can easily say I would be mortified and disgusted to have people like Fiona and Jodie managing my property and interacting with my tenants.

I have nothing but gratitude for Fiona, from the moment I met her she has been the most knowledgeable and professional property manger that I have had the pleasure to deal with by far. After moving over to Pinnacle and having 2 bad tenants back to back. Fiona has gone above and beyond to ensure that the my property has the right tenants. Her due diligence, expertise and communication is second to non. She has asked the hard questions which may upset some potential tenants but after having my property destroyed by tenants back to back she wholeheartedly understands my situation. I cant recommend Fiona from Pinnacle enough.
