I am so happy with the service from Isabelle Etienne at First National Neilson Partners Real Estate . Isabelle was always quick to reply, very polite, and handled any maintenance issues with zero stress. Her communication skills are absolutely exceptional. She always kept me fully informed, explained next steps clearly, and answers every question with patience and clarity. I never had to chase her for updates because she is proactive and easy to talk to. As a tenant, it is incredibly reassuring to have a property manager who genuinely cares and is always respectful. Isabelle is highly organized and proactive whenever a request was made. Isabelle made the renting process completely seamless and worry-free.
