Same experience as all the other low reviews on here. Justin is driven by greed. He only cares about money and not customer service or fairness. He’s just not a decent person. He’s constantly reinventing himself under different business names to try and shake off poor reviews that expose him for who he really is but he fails to realise that a new domain name can’t erase his weak reputation within the industry. He’s been taken to NCAT and tribunal hearings on numerous occasions. Should I go on? Probably best you use one of the many other reputable real estate agencies in the area.

I had a great experience renting through this agency. Justin was always professional, friendly, and responsive. Communication was excellent throughout, and any questions or requests were dealt with promptly. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent.
