Horrible experience. Fell in love with the house listed in Madley. Called, emailed etc. was told to send an online enquiry and the person who called can’t talk about it. Then was redirected to an assistant who doesn’t reply either. You’d think these people would want to sell a house! I feel for those sellers buyers waiting with approved finances and will and co play ghost!

Booked a viewing for a property yesterday we waited at the property along with another applicant and the agency did not show. When you call you just get automated office no response to email either. Poor customer service
