After 4 years with Paul and the team at First National Metro, we are sad to say goodbye but excited to be first-time homeowners! We cannot thank them enough for making our time as tenants an absolute dream. Having dealt with difficult property managers in the past, I can honestly say they care for their tenants just as much as their landlords. We treated the house as our own, and in return, maintenance and repairs were always handled promptly with open, accessible communication. They made our transition to homeownership—including ending our lease early—completely seamless. It’s been an absolute pleasure. Thanks John and Georgia.

Avoid this Real Estate like the plague if you are a renter. There is a reason their entire franchise rates so poorly on Productreview and other websites. Do not believe the 5 star reviews. Breaches of minimum housing standards, not willing to fix problems, ignore emails and finally when you leave due to unremedied breaches they attempt to scam you out of more money that you don't owe. Luckily I got my bond back IN FULL after threatening to show QCAT the hell we went through!!! Edit: to all of those renters that have issues with lying real estate agents (looking at you Paul) record every single phone conversation you have with the real estate - sometimes they are more willing to admit things over the phone compared to in writing. In QLD you are allowed to record your private conversations even if the other party involved does not know they are being recorded. Edit2: Wow the property owners have raised the rent by $100 since we left over 2 years ago. Are you guys joking? Absolute slum lords! I bet you never fixed the broken sewer line!

I rented a property through First National Metro & First National Commercial, and my experience was excellent. Paul Ho was my property manager, and throughout the entire lease period, he was always prompt in responding to any maintenance issues and very professional and friendly in his communication. It made the whole rental experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!
