Energy, enthusiasm and determination. I would highly recommend Rob for all your selling needs. He was attentive to our needs as sellers. He gave us an honest appraisal and didn't over commit for the listing. He spoke clearly and confidently on his selling strategy. Within days we have multiple offers which were clearly communicated to us with the conditions and expectations of the buyers. The best offer was well above the expected value of the house and Rob went out of his way to make sure the deal was settled promptly and with little fuss. Rob was always available for communication with us, and kept us in the loop through all stages of the sales process. I would happily endorse him to sell a friends or family members house and would use his services again without hesitation.

The WORST experience I’ve ever had with a real estate agent. Jenny was incredibly unprofessional, rude, and dismissive from start to finish. Buying a property is already stressful enough, but dealing with her made the whole process feel even more exhausting and overwhelming. Instead of making things easier, she made the experience unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant the entire way through. What stood out the most was how disrespectful she was. Communication was poor, questions were not answered properly or in a timely manner, and there was a constant sense of pressure throughout the process. I had seen other negative reviews about this agency before, but as a buyer you do not get to choose the selling agent. After this experience, I can honestly say I would not recommend them to anyone. If you are selling your property, I would seriously think twice before using this agency, because the way buyers are treated absolutely matters, and no one should walk away from a purchase feeling this stressed, disrespected, and unhappy.
