Stay away! I have never had to chase a real estate agent as much as I did with Emmanuel. Routine tasks were repeatedly missed, communication was poor, instructions were ignored, and important documents were not provided until the last minute. The lack of organisation caused unnecessary delays, costs, and stress throughout the leasing process. This was easily one of the most frustrating and disappointing professional experiences I have had. I would encourage you to find a different agent.

AVOID!! I would strongly not recommend Emmanuel. The service provided fell well below professional standards and created significant delays, costs, and stress throughout the leasing process. Just some of the issues I experienced included: • Applications being sent through weeks after submission, and in some cases not being sent through at all. • Advertising errors that I had to identify and follow up on myself. • Failure to adjust pricing when instructed. • Failure to arrange installation of a leasing sign despite multiple follow-ups from me. • Poor communication throughout the engagement. • Failure to provide a signed lease agreement or any documentation for my review and approval before the tenant's proposed move-in date. • Sending critical information on the day the tenant was due to move in, leaving no reasonable opportunity to address outstanding issues. • Causing me to incur unnecessary costs, including hiring a truck and labourers to attend the property on the day a tenant was moving in because matters had not been communicated or managed appropriately. Most concerningly, rent was collected from the tenant despite there being no clear authority for ongoing property management. My understanding was that the engagement was limited to leasing the property, not ongoing management. The overall experience demonstrated a lack of organisation, communication, and attention to basic professional obligations. I have never had to chase an agent so frequently to perform tasks that should have been routine. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had dealing with a real estate professional.
