Our rental experience through this real estate left a lot to be desired. If you have no problem waiting months and months for stoves, air conditioners and leaks in the ceiling to be fixed, then this is the real estate for you.

I'm not normally a Karen but here we go. Booked a holiday house through these guys for my partner and 2 babies. When we got there, walked through spider webs, huntsman spiders, rat shit under bed, blood stained sheets, spider in bed and burst pipe in house at 2am new years morning. Filthy dog hair around the place. But we cleaned it all, vacuumed the rat poo and made do and it was fine in the end. I took photos and told her straight away. We didn't overly mind and understood there was no where else to stay. But her first response was to send me a receipt from the cleaner to prove that it was clean. Secondly, I went to get fly spray from the store and speak to the owner of Elders in which he informed me, that they'd try and get a partial refund. After calling again a month after our stay, tried to follow up on that. Crickets. So here we are reaching out again through this review. Any word on a partial refund? All good if not, but paying premium $ over the busy period and cleaning up my own blood stained sheets was not what I'd expect. I'm sure the business is 5 stars in other areas, but you've let us down on this particular holiday rental. Please let us know the outcome. Thanks

The worst ever. They try to take all the bonds . When we lease the unit it was very dirty they said it was clean but when we moved in we found tiny hairs in the cupboard of bathroom and toilet was dirty and even requested for maintaince nobody was sent. Later on when we left the unit the agent didnot even had a courtesy to inform whilesending cleaner!! There was no so ever consent taken . This real easte has millions of bad things to talk about. I would rather sleep in car than to deal with them regarding leasing the unit. If there was opt not to give them star i would not even give half star… total disapointment
