This 1 star is forced option to give for this real estate agency as don’t deserve this also. I don’t know what level of cleaning these guys want and what advance cleaning there cleaner did for $615 charge even after we cleaned the house and kitchen with Jiff( bunnings most trusted and recommended product) for cleaning and even bunning saying there is nothing above this so want to check with their cleaner what they did exactly which these guys want. Don’t want to mention but never go with this agency nor for renting neither for investment buying also or property buying also even though there is fault in property they say its fix or its like that only we can’t do anything.

Have been with Elders now for over 3 months. They have been great. communication is great and my first house inspection went well. Can’t fault them. Very friendly staff.

Extremely disappointed. Communication is subpar and the staff are quite rude to customers. Particularly this woman called Ruffina They constantly switch payment methods and apps without warning, making everything more difficult than it needs to be. Avoid.
