I have found the whole team has deep knowledge and understanding of this patch (which is a significant area encompassing the Yarra Valley). They have demonstrated acute sense of nuance in reading the market and from this able to distill tailored advice to me that’s relevant and contextual. I appreciate this. Additionally, one key difference, Lee, my rental manager, is thorough and takes time to research, consider and respond to queries most volume agents (aka. fast food) wouldn’t give you time of day. Often as far as providing discussion and brainstorming with me (time for which normally one would associate with consulting advice).
