if there have Zero star, I will definitely give them zero, tried to contact them through email, live chat (robert) even by call (direct to message bank), never get replied, keep waiting for whole day long for nothing. the person who in charge our property is none of responsibility, want to ask the process for bone return, key return, and more about all those move out processes NEVER GET REPLY. Dont recommend for all property owner or tenant, cos Noone will look after you when you need.

I had an extremely frustrating experience dealing with Lauren as my property manager. Communication was consistently poor and issues were left unresolved for long periods of time. For example, I emailed about a key issue where a window could not be opened, and it took almost a year to receive a response. When I needed to arrange a lease transfer, the process was even more disappointing. I only received automated replies, despite paying the lease transfer fee. I was repeatedly asked whether contracts had been signed, yet no documents were ever provided or signed with the new tenant. I was told that all notices would continue to be sent to me until I moved out. However, even after I had already vacated the property, I continued to receive rental arrears notices, which caused unnecessary stress and confusion. At no point was it clear what stage the process was actually at. Throughout the tenancy, I constantly had to chase responses. Phone calls were never answered, and emails often seemed unread or misunderstood. Overall, there was a complete lack of follow-up, clarity, and accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend dealing with Lauren.

I commenced renting an aprtment through Ease Real Estate on January 2nd, 2024. On the day I was scheduled to pick up the keys to the apartment the Ease office was closed and when I called Joshua Chong he appeared to laugh at the fact that I was there at 9am and said that someone would be there shortly. I waited for over an hour for Joshua to finaly arrive around 10.15am with the keys. Joshua provided no apology and said that an email had been sent advising me to arrive at 9.30am. I had not received any such email. Joshua handed me one set of keys and a folder which I presumed contained information pertinaing to my apartment. The folder contained brochures of Ease Groups other companies and nothing regarding the apartment. I have not been provided with a key for the car stacker and I do not have access to the apartment building parking and despite my best efforst to obtain a car stacker key and access to my parking space I have not had any success. I am unable to call the office. The office phones are not answered and most of the time they cut out. I have emailed Lauren the office admin person and asked that she call me to resolve these issues. She has never called. I have asked Lauren why she will not call and I have not received any response. I have been in contact with the previous tenant and they had the same experience regarding the lack of communication. I have been in this apartment for one month now and I do not have access to my parking space, I have only one apartment key and fob, and I cannot get Ease Real Estate to help. I even borrowed a car stacker key off my neighbour and took a picture and sent it to Ease Real Estate to show them what the car stacker key looks like!!! I have called Joshua Chong and left him a voicemail expressing my concerns and no repsonse. I have tried deaing with Joe and he is equally inept and rude. They are unbelievably unprofessional and completley inept. I have submitted a Notice of Breach of Duty in the hope that this gets resovled. I was very much looking forward to living in this apartment and in Brunswick East but this experience with Ease Real Estate has been just horrible. There should be an option of providing zero stars. Please don't be fooled by 5 star reviews and ask around before having any dealings with Ease Real Estate.
