Absolutely disputable treatment. We rented in Edmondson Park for 1 year with Dreamchoice Realty. Sudhakar Nemmatha was our agent. After one year we were approved for a regional transfer for work and so were able to buy a house in rural NSW. Leading up to our end of lease we were CONSTANTLY harrassed with phone calls and emails from Sudhakar as they wanted us to renew and increase the rent. We explained we did not want to renew however the harrassment continued. Once we completed our end of lease clean (the place was PERFECT, I have OCD and am an army brat. I know the standard a house must be in) we were not given our bond back and had to request our bond through the bond authority before it was given to us. We are now again moving for work but not currently in a position to buy again and so will be renting at our new work location, our current agent just got in contact with us to tell us Sudhakar had given us a 3/5 due to us messing up the garden??? And the state of the house?? Absolutely dispicable treatment of perfectly good renters who always paid on time and left the house in an even better state than when we moved in!!! DO NOT RENT OR BUY WITH THESE GUYS!!! **UPDATE TO YOUR REPLY*** Our bond was NOT processed correctly I can post screenshots of our emails and evidence? Also I’m happy to post photos of the rental on your page and from after we moved out too to prove you’re absolutely lying! 😊 DO NOT LEASE OR BUY WITH DREAMCHOICE REALTY!!!

This is one of the poorest real estate services I have experienced. Maintenance requests are consistently ignored, and there appears to be little concern for tenants’ well-being. Notably, the air conditioning was not functional upon moving into the property and was only repaired after three months, despite more than ten follow-ups. Additionally, several other issues within the property were reported but were never resolved. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against using this real estate agency, as the level of service provided is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
