Joe has a great knowledge of how to present a house for sale. Great communication & professionalism. Knows how to market a house to sell it. Very nice person to deal with. I’d recommend Joe Di Claudio to anyone buying or selling a house.

Recently went to a home inspection to apply for a rental property. The house was perfect except it didn't have a back fence and we have a dog. So we weren't going to apply. We had a chat with the leasing agent at the inspection, explained the fact we loved the house but wouldn't be able to apply as we have a dog and there's no fence and they insisted we apply anyway and state in the special comments that we would need to install a fence either by the owners or we would be happy to do it. We were approved for the property and when we asked about the fencing we were told it's the renter's responsibility to apply for homes that accommodate your animals and it's our responsibility to do so. We explained that we understand that and that we were infact told specifically to apply anyway because the home has been empty for months with no interest. The agency said they would check with the owners about a fence and then we received a text saying we had been unsuccessful. When we called to enquire if it was a matter of the owners not wanting to pay or just not wanting a fence at all they again told us we shouldn't have applied to a house that didn't meet our needs. To which we responded again that we were specifically told by their leasing agent at the inspection that we should. We then said that you should speak to that leasing agent about what they say to potential renters so you aren't put in situations like this moving forward. The woman on the phones response was "yep, sure. Have a good day" and then hung up. Super duper unprofessional behaviour. Unbelievably rude. This was the Mayfield office, I think the woman's name is Ashley. Super rude woman.
