I’ve rented through DJ Stringer Coolangatta for the past five years, and I can honestly say they’ve been the best real estate agency I’ve dealt with in my 23 years of renting. The team has always been professional, friendly and responsive. Every maintenance request was attended to promptly, and if there was ever an urgent issue, they were always available and worked hard to get it sorted as quickly as possible. One thing that really sets DJ Stringer apart is that they’re open on Saturdays, which is incredibly convenient when you work Monday to Friday. My 16-year-old son also had a habit of forgetting his keys or locking himself out. More than once he caught the bus to the office to borrow the spare keys. It saved me from having to leave work and probably saved me from getting 50 phone calls while I was there! A huge thank you to Sam, my property manager, who has been fantastic. When my landlord decided to sell the property, he was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and made what could have been a very stressful time so much easier. I’m only moving on because DJ Stringer didn’t have another suitable property available for me. I genuinely wish I could have continued renting through them.
