We bought our home through Mark Thorn several years ago and found him to be really warm and helpful, we didn’t have to second guess everything he said (which we had to do with other agents of properties we visited). He recommended a good settlement agent and gave us business cards of his contacts to get us started in our new home. Since we had such a good experience with him when we needed to lease our property out we came to David Thorn to find a property agent and Jaimee Lee has been wonderful all these years. She has kept us informed, is really personable and friendly and we’ve been able to leave everything in her capable hands. A few months ago, we needed to sell the rental unit and immediately we remembered what a good experience we had buying through Mark so we called him again. Even though we were selling just a little unit Mark treated us like gold, keeping us informed, giving us regular updates, setting realistic expectations, explaining the procedure. The unit got an offer after the very first opening. If we ever need to buy or sell or lease out again we’d definitely seek out Mark and Jaimee straight away! I’d really recommend their services.
