There wasn’t much transparency with Cripps & Cripps. As an owner, I had to chase them multiple times- they would say “we’ll call you back in 15 minutes”, and I’d end up calling 2 hours later. Our property manager Dan was never friendly, and we were told different things by different people in the office, and when I questioned Dan as to why I was told something else, he said “sorry we don’t know everything at every time Grace”. As an owner, giving this agency business, I would expect a friendlier approach with more responsibility, and unfortunately, we didn’t get that with Cripps & Cripps.

Cripps & Cripps Cronulla team have been managing my rental property for almost 11 months. They found wonderful tenants, and negotiated the best rate suitable for us both. My property manager Sue keeps me up to date, and as I don’t live in the area, I feel comfortable and have piece of mind that they are looking after my property as I would myself. I will recommend Cripps & Cripps Cronulla to my friends and family. Thanks so much. Vicki

Since Sarah King has become our property manager we have been really impressed with her level of service and understanding. Despite being tenants, she has been courteous and gone above and beyond to assist us to resolve issues we have had. She always does exactly what she says she's going to do without us ever having to follow up. It has easily been the best experience we've had had with a real estate agent in our experience of renting for many years.
