Went through with a rental property with these guys, cant recommend them enough, especially Robert Lovell, he helped us so much from the beginning. He knew exactly what we needed and directed us to the right place, went through with the inspections and after that everything all went very smooth. My family and I had recently moved to Melbourne and needed to find a rental home within short span of time. After inspecting several properties, we found the right home through Robert Lovell, and his support was outstanding. Robert went above and beyond throughout the process. He measured rooms during the inspection, suggested furniture layouts, considered toddler-proofing options for our young daughter, and even helped us organise our electricity connection after approval. Most importantly, he genuinely cared. He remembered our requirements, was highly responsive, proactively kept us updated, and advocated for us with the owner and property manager. His efforts played a big part in helping us secure the property within a very tight timeframe. In a market that can often feel transactional & impersonal, Robert showed empathy, professionalism, and genuine care. We are incredibly grateful and would happily rent through him again.
