I am a first-time landlord and my experience with Coronis was VERY poor. By the end, I could not trust their management service. Property management staff was always difficult to reach. When I was able to get in touch, the conversation felt rushed and my issues remained unresolved. I had to reach out regarding various matters that should have been communicated to me without so much effort on my part. Payment discrepancies. Property management staff could not explain why the payment schedule suddenly changed without my notice or why payments were late, irregular, difficult to follow and did not add up. No valid explanation was provided for this. The experience was honestly frustrating.
