I had a disappointing experience with City to Surf. Throughout the bond process, I felt there was poor communication and unnecessary pressure. Even after I agreed to forfeit my entire bond and completed the bond disposal paperwork, I continued to receive messages about additional costs and quotes, which caused significant stress—especially with an important exam only days away.I understand that property managers have a responsibility to address maintenance and bond matters, but once an agreement has been reached, I believe communication should be professional, clear, and respectful. In my experience, this process could have been handled much better.I hope the company improves its communication and customer service so future tenants have a smoother experience.

I rented a property through Jenny from City to Surf and found her and the team to be very experienced and accommodating. They answered all questions and were insightful. They were able to work with me for inspections and bookings to align for both of us. When a problem arised and needed repairing Jenny had it sorted out as quick as possible. The city to surf team always treated me with respect, and was very professional, always going the exta mile. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!
