Very happy with Steve’s performance. He was able to got a good deal when we signed the contract. It was a 20+ subdivision project. And later during DD, we discovered that we need to allow the extra $90k of civil cost. Steve was able to go back to the seller and negotiated this $90k off the purchase price. Very easy to talk and happy to do the extra work for us to make the deal work. Highly recommended.
