My agent Tom Coates and the team at Carter & Co have been nothing but fantastic to work with. I’ve known Tom for a number of years as he patiently waited for me to be ready to sell. Every six months he’d reach out and keep me in the loop. No pressure just friendly updates. Then when I was ready I was provided with excellent data, suggestions to help my sale and excellent service. Weekly reports were comprehensive and informative. Tom was always ready to take a phone inquiry, follow up on an issue and a happy chat to update me after an open house. Tom secured me a sale price beyond my hopes. The dream at Carter & Co are efficient, friendly and professional. A great experience. I can’t recommend them enough.
