I had one of the worst experiences ever with C&A real estate. The so-called 'principal' showed little understanding of tenant rights or even basic professionalism and decency. He should be absolutely ashamed of himself for the way he conducts business. For the entirety of summer, our AC wasn’t working because it was incorrectly wired. We were sent the most incompetent, rude technicians who were clearly unqualified six times and never fixed the issue wasting our time. Whenever we complained, the only response we got was, ‘It’s fixed, it’s blowing 16-degree air,’ even though the system was still not wired correctly in the first place and never worked properly. We were completely dismissed, No empathy, no accountability, and no sense of responsibility. We took them to NCAT. and of course, at the end of the tenancy they charged us over $900 for a minor paint touch-up that I myself got my trade fixed properly for under $200. It raises serious questions about whether this agency operates differently depending on whether someone is a tenant or a property owner, or whether this is the kind of treatment that ethnic tenants before us have had to endure, under the assumption they would not take further action. If the principal handled with basic decency and respect, acknowledging the inconvenience and offering a genuine apology, it could have been resolved long ago. Also worth noting: I’ve seen many negative reviews about them disappear over time, which says a lot. I will make sure this review stays so others can see what really goes on. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

The selling service is exceptionally professional and at the same time quite personal as well. Thank you Gihad, Edgar and Izabella. As a purchaser, and while the property is yet to be settled, the job for this team was done quickly and effortlessly. I'm feeling quite at ease now and ready to sail of to my holiday and return in time for settlement. Let's look forward to a new venture then. Keep up the great job team.
