My experience with Buxtone Mentone Team was excellent. We have been renting around Melbourne for many years and I am please to say that our agent, Cindi, always responded quickly, was friendly and always ready to help whenever we needed assistance. After 44 years, saying goodbye to our humble family home in Aspendale was incredibly emotional. So many memories, milestones, and moments were wrapped up in those walls, and letting go was never going to be easy. We were so grateful to have Katrina O’Brien and her daughter Emily by our side through it all. They’re an amazing duo to be reckoned with, but also hugely capable, kind, and successful in their own right. From the very first meeting, they understood the heart behind the sale, it wasn’t just a house, it was our family’s story. Katrina and Emily guided us with care, honesty, and compassion every step of the way. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine connection made such a difference through an emotional time.
