Not sure if this was a genuine mistake or theft? The lack of correspondence makes me now consider the latter. booked 2 mights at Bayside villas on short notice and Agoda didn't make the booking till 2 days after I had left, but I was accommodated, with great thanks, and I paid again because I could claim back the original amount through my credit card. Strangely I cannot get a copy of the invoice to prove I paid twice nor is there a cancellation and return of funds to Agoda so they can return the funds to me. there is just an excuse that the funds were incorrectly put into some other credit card, not mine. Now I believed that initially, but after another week or two with no communication I am starting to not believe that anymore. Please get my $450 returned to me, please. I really appreciated that you accommodated me at that short notice, but the lack of communication and the amount of inaction, well that now has me suspicious that the error wasnt an inept one.

Booked a short term rental in Walpole through Airbnb which is managed by Burton Realty from 5/1/2026. Understandably their office was closed the week before out stay over Christmas. Unfortunately it was impossible to get hold of anyone, despite trying to contact them through Airbnb, their website, as well as particular mobile numbers left on their Facebook page to get in contact over the holidays. I finally got hold of Charlene through another mobile number I found (this was already halfway through our stay) and she very quickly arranged a bbq gas bottle replacement and electric kettle. It is now a few days after out stay and unfortunately I am again struggling to get hold of anyone with regards to reporting broken furniture found on our arrival. Very disappointed in the lack of communication from Burton Realty.

Booked stayz accommodation on 22nd July (4 months ago), the contact was this real estate business. They took the money for my two night stay over christmas, sent me confirmation of the booking. Last week they sent me an email saying my booking had been cancelled. No doubt a better booking (more than two nights has come along). Try getting accommodation in Walpole 1 month out from Christmas. This business is ethically & morally bankrupt.
