We own a commercial property in Greensborough, which due to its age, required extensive renovations and repairs before it could be re-leased. As we live interstate and were unable to manage the renovations and repairs ourselves , we entrusted the entire process to Terry Gazelle at Buckingham Real Estate and we are extremely glad we did. Terry provided practical, well- considered recommendations and introduced reliable, skilled tradespeople , drawing on his 20 years of industry experience. Throughout the renovation period , he dedicated a significant amount of his own time to overseeing the works and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Whenever any issues arose, Terry was approachable, easy to communicate with and quick to have matters resolved. Importantly, while maintaining a high standard of quality, he was also very mindful of cost control, which we greatly appreciated . We extend our sincere thanks and gratitude to Terry for his hard work, professionalism, and dedication. We would strongly recommend Terry and the team at Buckingham Real Estate to anyone seeking assistance with leasing , sales, or any real estate enquires- their experience and service are truly exceptional

Excellent Property Management. I have dealt with Property Manager Rochelle now for several years. I find her to be very good at her job. Communication is excellent, always contactable and great at keeping me up to date and informed on property matters. I would highly recommend her in particular if you are looking for a Property Manager.
