I have recently joined Briq Property with two properties and so far the service has been excellent. Luke is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. Works needed to be done has been organised promptly and quotes comparably better than others. I am very happy so far.

I completed an online rental appraisal through Briq Property and was contacted later on by Luke. I organised a meeting to discuss some potential ideas for my property in regards to investment. It is great to hear honest advice from a property manager/ investor, compared to some sales agents who are out there solely to pressure you into selling your property. Luke was very insightful in all areas of the rental market, investing and expanding my property portfolio. I would highly recommend Luke to anyone who is looking to expand their knowledge in the rental market or property portfolio.

My wife and I changed over to Briq Property this year for our rental property and we wished we did it sooner! We've had poor communication with our previous rental manager, whereas Luke and the team are exceptional at communicating and also provide exceptional service. We highly recommend Luke and the team at Briq property!
