I recently sold my city apartment with Bricks & Mortar Real Estate! In a challenging climate and market the property was sold within a week of it being advertised. Both Sahil and Lauchlan were very specific on price estimate and presentation required to get a result and to ensure my marketing dollars would not be wasted. I did exactly as they said, trusted them and they returned the favour with excellent communication and a very satisfying result. Don’t trust your inner city property to anyone else.
