Very disappointing experience. I arrived to Carlton within the agreed inspection time, only to find that the representative had already left before the scheduled appointment. There was no flexibility, initiative, or effort made to accommodate. Renting a home is a significant decision, and customer service should reflect that. The willingness to assist would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the lack of care shown during this process has left a poor impression and I won’t be considering this company moving forward due to their apparent lack of customer focus and priorities.

They keep filling my mailbox up with junk mail although it has a “no junk mail sign”. I have kindly reached out to them to stop doing this months ago. Someone else has recommended reporting them to the EPA for pollution so I will try that.

They couldn't care less about the local community. Won't stop putting junk mail into our letterboxes despite calling them directly, being assured they will stop and a clearly signposted mail box. Check other reviews all saying the same thing. Their litter is on every street in Allawah, that shows you how much they care about the community they work in. Do not do business with this company.
