I am formally taking my tenancy issues with Bell Real Estate Mentone to Consumer Affairs Victoria and VCAT after multiple unresolved concerns and phone calls from this agency that, in my experience, were unprofessional and inappropriate in tone. Everything is documented. The level of neglect has been unacceptable, and escalation became the only option. Tenants be aware: based on my experience, expect unresolved issues, and the possibility of needing external intervention.
