Leaving another 5 star review for Tess making not only the application process smooth but the inspection process easy. The inspection host also had the same name as me being Charles so that was great as well! Overall it's been the best experience ever and I thank Tess especially for making all of that possible.

Absolutely embarrassing behaviour from their real estate agents in their rent departments. Coming and crashing a house on a first day of a special holiday with guests and cleaners waiting to come. Then when no one is home. Crashing the door through and entering the house on them selves. No notice on the day and just rocking up on the time and day. Unprofessionalism
