BCM are highly professional and worked with us to ensure our needs were met. They went above and beyond with their high levels of customer service. I was particularly impressed with their staff members Renee and Allison who treated us with compassion and warmth whilst we went through the process of changing houses. This can be a stressful time however their help along the way made the process considerably easier.
