Having used Shane previously, we already knew he was a great real estate agent, but his recent help selling my mother-in-law's home exceeded all expectations, at 91, selling due to health reasons was very difficult for her. Shane was incredibly compassionate and understanding from the very first meeting. If you want an agent who brings genuine empathy alongside great results, Shane is definetly the person to see. Jacob was good to work with throughout the sale of our property. Realistic on pricing, kept us well informed, and navigated market conditions with confidence. Communication was clear from start to finish and we are happy with the outcome. Also one of the few agents who proactively takes their shoes off before doing an appraisal. A small thing but appreciated. Would recommend Jacob to anyone looking to sell.
