My experience dealing with Tony Bagala was extremely disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. Communication was consistently poor. I found myself having to send multiple follow-up emails and make repeated phone calls simply to receive updates or have basic matters addressed. In many instances, there was little to no response, leaving important issues unresolved for extended periods. The handling of my property management matters lacked urgency and proactive attention. Tasks that should have been straightforward required constant chasing, and I was often left feeling that I had to manage the process myself rather than rely on my property manager to do so. The most concerning aspect was the repeated delays in progressing time-sensitive matters and providing essential documentation. These delays created unnecessary stress, disrupted the transition process, and contributed to financial consequences that could have been avoided with more responsive and organised management. As a client, I expected timely communication, accountability, and follow-through. Instead, I experienced prolonged periods without updates and a lack of responsiveness despite numerous attempts to make contact. Having to repeatedly follow up for actions that should have been routine was both exhausting and unacceptable. Based on my personal experience, I WOULD NOT recommend this service to property owners who value prompt communication, efficiency and proactive management. Never use JJ Crawford! They're slogan stating "WE PUT YOU FIRST" IS A LIE.

I had the best Agents ever and the Landlord very good for the last 7 years. Therese and Jasmina have been very supportive on entire apartment that I lived in Bankstown. I will for sure come back to them. I have never ever had issues with the team at all. Anytime I required something to be fixed. they could send out someone, very fast responsive. All the plumber, electrician were great too. The JJ Crawford First National team are very respectful to their tenants. Even the people I recommend to them. They treat them in a calm manner, easy to approach for assistance. I got all my bond back. Thank you Soo much to the team for the great job you work with the tenants, very much appreciate it 😊

Asked for an agent to call me back. She did the next day but sounded very unhappy about it. When I inquired about a property in Strathfield she just sighed and gave a description which sounded like she was trying to put me off the property? When i asked about allowing pets at the property she said yes yes yes, and then asked me to repeat my question before saying "no absolutely not!" showing that she wasn't even listening to me the first time. I asked whether she could ask the owner and she pretty much said no pets as there isn't really a yard and theres children next door.. which is not relevant at all to having an indoor cat... Fully understand if the owners have a no-pet policy but completely unprofessional to address the concerns in such a condescending tone.
