I never imagined a rental real estate property manager could conduct themselves in such an unprofessional manner. Actions witnessed are as follows; - Condition report provided no wear near representative of actual property condition, neglecting to mention the safety hazard risks associated to such defects. - Never receiving a signed copy of updated condition report. Even after making request for it. - The property was not professionally clean upon entry. Disgusting! - Unsubstantiated inspection report claims resulting in over exaggerated and unreasonable breach notices and misrepresentation to the landlord - Setting arbitrary and baseless demands for conditions of the lease and ignoring any request for clarification of unreasonable demands. - Ignored request for general maintenance to prevent increased degradation of the building due to poor drainage and unsealed surfaces in kitchen and bathroom. - Zero acknowledgement for definite improvements made to property that remedy pre-existing issues causing degradation. - Continued refusal of occupancy of specific areas of the property not mentioned in lease agreement. ..The list continues - Lastly though if I could complain about being evicted without fault after 3 years of proactive occupancy, making genuine improvements, both aesthetic and functional to raise the rent by $160/wk then I would here. Be wary of real estate agents who only manage a few, just one even, rental property.
