Very unprofessional experience with this agency and their agent. From the beginning, communication has been frustrating. Lulu, the agent often didn’t understand what we were asking or completely ignored our concerns, which made even simple requests a long and stressful process. She never responds. On top of that, the behaviour of the agent was outright rude — instead of helping, they spoke in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. It felt like they had no interest in listening to tenants or resolving issues properly. Maintenance requests were delayed or brushed aside, and when we tried to explain problems, the agent acted as if we were being difficult rather than simply asking for basic standards. Overall, this has been one of the worst rental experiences we’ve had in Parramatta. I would not recommend this real estate agency or their agents to anyone looking for a property.

Dealing with Lulu was one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve ever had. She was consistently rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She talked at me rather than to me, never listened, never tried to understand, and always carried an attitude that made every interaction unnecessarily difficult. She outright ignored my emails and texts regarding a serious pest control issue. When she finally bothered to respond, she made it clear she didn’t want to contact the landlord and gave me the runaround. Then, at the end of the lease, she asked if I organise pest control, even though it wasn’t in the vacating checklist. Completely unreasonable and contradictory. Lulu should not be in a customer-facing role. The lack of basic communication, accountability, and respect made my entire year as a tenant needlessly stressful. I would strongly advise others to avoid dealing with her if you value peace of mind and professionalism.

Lulu is a very rude person. She does not try to help you at all. It is take or leave it attitude. I do not recommend dealing with her. She is abnoxios.
