if I could give a minus would! rented through Austpro for 6 years. Had no problems for 6 years, always paid rent on time, maintained the property better than it was when we moved inn. in 6 years we had 1 breech due to the water bill not being paid on time. It turned out they didn't even send it through!! our lease ended on the 17th June 2026. I had been emailing and calling for 3 months asking if we were being offered to renew the lease, to be ignored completely until the 20th of may 2026. Austpro called me on the 20th of may asking for us to move by the end of lease! literally giving us 28 days' notice!! the reasoning was that the owners are selling!! to now find out they've put the house back up for rent mid July! and increased the rent by $140 a week!! No lawns in front or back when moved in, gardens an absolute mess! house was never updated in the 6 years (bathroom and kitchen) out of date. carpets are more than 10 years old. grout in bathroom is non-existent and causes major rising damp! never been replaced!! and still none of this has been done and they've increased the rent to $620! absolutely disgusting how they treat long term tenants. don't bother ringing the office as the receptionist can't do anything for you or even pass a msg onto your property manager or even give a phone number for the property manager!! also had atleast 10 different property managers through out the 6 years!!
