If I could rate 0 stars I would. Viewed a property today managed by this agency. Heard tenant say property manager had never been to the property before. House was nothing like advertised. The house was filthy, gardens were overgrown and someone sleeping in one of the bedrooms. Total waste of my time. Can tell routine inspections are not done on this property.

I was in a rental for almost 3 years, perfect rental record. A new owner bought the property and organised these guys to be the new agents. I was asked to move 9 days before settlement only had 1 weekend in that time as they wanted vacant possession so we had to move in 2 days. Prior to asking us to vacate Jen had sent me emails with the new account details to pay the rent to them, then came to do his inspection report and ask some questions to then later on that day turn around and say they wanted vacant possession. A week later the property was up for rent $50 more than they had asked us to pay. They left a family of 4 out of home, with no regard to the ongoing health issues myself and my 2 year old daughter have. We had no time to look for another property so ended up essentially homeless & did not at any point contact us to inform us that they wanted vacant possession.
