We recently purchased a home through The Areal Team and could not speak more highly of our experience, especially working with Kaan. We rented with Ristic for 10yrs in the same property. Over the years we had a few property managers and we found them very friendly, understanding and approachable. They were responsive to any maintenance issues that we had and dealt with them in a timely manner. Our property owners were also fantastic. We only moved out because we relocated interstate and our property manager Jessica made sure it was a quick and painless transition for us, ensuring we had all the exit information that we needed to get our bond back. I would highly recommend renting from Ristic and would use them again if we ever returned to the area.
