This real state are and look the most dodgy real state in Victoria. They dont respond your emails, to make an appointment is a nightmare, which you will never get. They dont follow the protocols honestly and correctly. I havent had an issue with other real states regarding selling houses before the auction and not communicating to the other interested parties. Its just simply unetical, not honest and not respectful with the victoria laws. I would be concerned if this real state is looking after my home to sell because they can asviced you to do things that are not ethical or right. They can be cheaper than others but you get what you pay for. I hope someone reads this message and think 100 times before making the desicion to go with them. Good luck.

Clearing emails then badgering the client to check if they received said email is not property management. Adding value by reading the email/communication from a tenant and making a prudent decision on behalf of the client/landlord is what is expected. If I could provide a negative score I would because all the so called property manager could do was, in his words, “clear my emails”. Zero respect for our time when we made it clear to streamline communication to a given day and make decisions on our behalf. Instead it was micro management at every step. Simple calculations had to be broken down into atomic detail with an email and phone call. The time spent dealing with these clowns meant that $120 dollar action items were costing the involvement of 3 people at 2 hours each. Not a good return on what is supposed to be passive investment. If their strategy is to annoy the crap out of the client/landlord to point they want to consider selling because it’s so onerous to deal with them….good job! Don’t go backwards trying to compromise and coach this mob in an effort to help them to help you. They don’t listen, are deluded in believing they’re doing a great job and will gobble up your hard earned time and frustrate the hell out of you. Better off managing the property yourself or if indeed you find someone striving for excellence and is property management only let me know.
