Jake had extremely good knowledge of the market. He was always very professional kind, and responded to all of our needs He always got back to me with any questions, no matter how Busy, he was. He’s an extremely good negotiator If you are looking to buy or sell a house, I would highly recommend Jake/ before anyone else
