I had a really disappointing experience with this agency. The level of professionalism was extremely lacking, and the overall attitude was rude and dismissive. During the open home, there was little to no effort made to acknowledge or engage with attendees, which made the entire experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. It honestly ruined what should have been an exciting opportunity to view a property. In particular, Gerard Allport’s behaviour stood out in the worst way. He came across as uninterested, unapproachable, and quite frankly, rude. First impressions matter, and this was not a good one. Based on this experience alone, I would not feel comfortable renting through or selling with this agency. A bit of courtesy and basic customer service would go a long way.
