We had a very disappointing experience with Active Property Services, and based on this, personally could not recommend them if you're looking for objective professionalism that prioritises the best interests of both owners and tenants. Our experience reflected a concerning lack of professionalism and consistency in communication, along with a noticeable absence of basic professional courtesy. At times, we felt interactions lacked in transparency. Overall our experience seriously called into question whether the best interests of owners and tenants are consistently prioritised.
