Absolutely the worst property management experience I’ve ever had. They never listen to tenants’ concerns and are extremely unhelpful whenever an issue is reported. Getting in touch with them is almost impossible because they rarely answer calls or respond promptly. My experience with Lakshmi Rana was particularly disappointing. I found the communication rude and unprofessional, and instead of helping to resolve issues, I felt ignored. If you’re considering renting through this agency, be prepared that if something goes wrong in your property, you may end up having to sort it out yourself because getting assistance is incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this agency based on my experience. Tenants deserve respectful communication and timely support, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Absolutely brilliant! Atul and Yogesh are experts in their field, and did an absolutely amazing job of selling our unit in Parramatta. They obviously know their stuff, as well as understand well the people they are interacting with - both buyers and sellers. They were very quick to understand my needs as a seller (the only agents who did and who actually bothered to read and check my brief!), and were helpful with advice and assistance without being pushy. Their communication is excellent, and I was kept fully informed through the entire process. The property sold within 3 weeks at a record price, well above and beyond my expectations, although in line with theirs. Which shows they are the experts!
