Company Background

I'm Adam Saunders, Digital Marketing Manager at Brisbane Real Estate. Established in 1999, our agency employs 12 sales agents, 15 sales assistants, 4 property managers, and 8 administrative staff. We specialise in properties across Brisbane, particularly in the Western Suburbs, handling everything from starter homes to luxury residences and acreage properties.

Key Selection Factors

One of the main drivers in us selecting Properti.ai was it’s ability integrate directly with our CRM and be able to manage both organic and paid posting all within the one platform. Previously we had used Sprout Social and other social software but they either did not integrate with our CRM to manage listings, or did not provide the ability run campaigns all in one place.

Onboarding Experience

Like learning any new software and changing workflows, it took some time, especially when you’re used to managing content direct within the different social platforms. However the onboarding process and continued customer support to answer any questions and provide answers to challenges that arise has been exceptional. You often find once a software purchase has been made you’re left trying to figure out everything on your own but that hast been our experience with Properti.ai.

Responsive Product Development

They’re always open to product improvements as well which is refreshing. Our account manager, Eboni, regularly communicates our suggestions to the development team, and they frequently implement valuable feedback. Listening to clients to keep making the software better as well as a commitment to continuous improvement through regular updates and feature enhancements gives us confidence in their long-term reliability. Their recent deeper Canva integration is particularly impressive and continues to save us valuable time.

Time-Saving Benefits

Before Properti.ai, manually managing multiple agents' social channels and listings consumed hours daily. Now with all the agents accounts managed in the platform I'd save approximately an hour per day previously spent just switching and posting between different social accounts. Plus additional time spent creating and resizing listing images in Photoshop to match all the social channel dimensions. But now the biggest time saver is the ability to pull in property listings the moment they’re launched and have them already set up with individual agent templates and messaging specific for each agent. I personally don’t think you should automate your social posts (but you can), but just having property images and base messaging to then customise would save me an hour a day easily.

Areas for Improvement

While no platform is perfect, Properti.ai's limitations are manageable. They're still expanding their social channel integrations, and certain advanced Meta campaign features aren't yet available - such as targeting multiple custom audiences simultaneously, customising messenger campaigns, or accessing deeper campaign reporting. However, for agents and administrators without specialised digital marketing backgrounds (and unlikely to be doing this anyhow), the simplified interface (which Facebook Ads Manager is not) offers significant advantages that outweigh these limitations.

If you’re looking for an all-in-one social media platform specifically designed for the real estate industry that allows both organic and paid media management, I’d highly recommend you give Properti.ai a test drive to see if it meets your needs.
